What can I put on it?
A laptop, a tablet, a phone or a book. Anything you would otherwise hold up or balance on your knees.
How big is it?
30 x 34cm and 5cm deep.
What is it filled with?
It is filled like a bean bag, so it takes the shape of what you set on it and of you underneath, holds that shape for as long as you need, then settles flat again.
What is the outside made of?
Black American Drill, a dense cotton twill with enough grip that nothing slides off it.
Does it get hot under a laptop?
The fill sits between a warm laptop and your legs, so the heat stays off you.
Can I wash it?
Spot clean the shell with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it air dry. Don't put it in the washing machine or the dryer.
Where is it made?
Made in Indonesia.
How much is shipping in Australia?
$5 flat, anywhere in Australia. First orders go out on 11 November. Once it's sent, it usually takes 2 to 6 business days to reach you.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not yet. For now we only ship within Australia.
What is your return policy?
We don't offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, so please choose carefully. If your gillow arrives faulty or damaged, or isn't what we described, email us at hello@gillow.co with your order number and a photo and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Is it safe for children?
Keep it away from small children. WARNING: Children can suffocate if bean bag filling is swallowed or inhaled. Do not let children climb inside this bean bag. A bean bag is not a safe sleeping surface for an infant under 12 months of age.
The zip is locked with a cable tie. That tie is the child lock, so if you cut or break it, replace it.
